Papa Joe's Pizza is made from an old family recipe. We start with Papa's famous Pizza dough that's made on the premises, fresh every day. Then we add our own Pizza Sauce, made from the finest whole plumb tomatoes and spiced the way Grandma did. We only use 100% Mozzarella Cheese, and for the finishing touch we use only the best toppings we can find.Grandma made us this style pizza the same way she did in Sicily before coming to this country, it's the pizza our family grew up on. Blend of secret spices, Fresh garlic, lots of Parmesan cheese topped lightly with olive oil. Add any topping for an absolutely delicious pizza from the old country. Great starter to any meal or a meal in itself.
